Unfortunately the sun promised on the second day of the Gathering of Warbirds at the Olympic Flight Museum never materialized, but it was still an enjoyable afternoon. Highlights were, of course, the AH-1 Cobra (in a new paint scheme) along with some formation flying of a TBM Avenger and A-1 Skyraider. And the museum's P-51 is always great to see. A rare sight on the airshow circuit, in the Northwest anyways, was a CH-47 Chinook which flew a brief demonstration. Pics below.
