Regular base operations and training continues as usual during Maple Flag exercises at CFB Cold Lake. One example is weapons loading training. Below, a crew can be seen loading various armaments onto a CF-18. There were also many CF-18s in the hangar in various stages of maintenance. Some are shown below.
